This year we celebrate our great country! Beyond patriotic red, white & blue, Sampler XI will feature other colors that tell the story of the USA:  gold for medals of  honor, amber fields of grain, green for open pastures, & trees of life & purple for mountain majesties.  The blocks themselves will also reflect our theme. 

Sampler is an easy, low commitment way to learn new quilting techniques.  Pay just $5 to start, and come once a month for an hour-long demo class at your choice of four dates & time slots.  Bring your finished block with you to the next month’s class & get your next kit for free!  What could be better? Quilts of Valor Open Sew                               Staff

Volunteer your time to assist with the construction of QOV’s, blocks for QOV’s & QOV presentation cases.  There is much cutting, ironing, sewing & quilting to do.  Non-quilters are also welcome to help pin, lay out blocks, baste quilts, write notes to recipients, etc.  Bring your machine or use one of ours.  Spend an hour, two, or the whole day.  Please join us as your schedule allows.  Sundays 5/20, 6/10, 10/7…Saturday, 7/28 & 8/25,  Fridays, 6/15, 7/20, 8/17,  Tuesday 9/11 & Monday 10/8
